Adequate Lighting and Safe Access*

I agree to ensure that the workspace has proper lighting and safe, clear access for Kustom Epoxy Floors’ crew and equipment.

Clear Work Area*

I agree to remove all items and large debris from the workspace. The area must be fully cleared and ready for immediate work upon crew arrival. Any delays caused by item relocation, cleaning, interference from other trades, or similar factors will be charged at a rate of $300 per hour.

Temperature Requirement*

I agree that the workspace will be heated to maintain a minimum floor temperate of 50°F or above during the application and curing process. If the work is scheduled during winter months or cold conditions, the area must be heated and insulated.
